And yet we know that there are many stresses in today’s world conencted 24/7 by social media.  Expectations of great grades, school activities, keeping up with friendships, posting on Snapchat or Instagram, college plans, family demands, extra-curricular activities, homework, and not getting enough sleep make you feel like you have no time.  You're trying to juggle so many things, and just thinking about the transition from high school to college can be incredibly daunting. 

Being a teen has never been more difficult.  Stress levels of teens are almost at the same level of severity as adults.  In the US, it is reported that 1 in 5 teens suffers from anxiety and stress that interferes with day to day functioning.   While preparing for the SATs or ACTs, our teens are missing the “3 S's” of helping them better develop Skills and Strategies to navigate their pressures, expectations and confusion in addition to helping them understand their Self.
